Thank you for visiting and shopping at Guru Digital Media Website. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Return Policy.

 Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. In case of any freight damage, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and file a claim immediately with us within 5 business days after you received the goods.

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges in case the item you purchased is defective or damaged. Please contact us at 1-855-722-4878 within our office hours (Monday thru Friday 7AM – 5PM PST) within 30 days after you received the item. Please have the sales order number and/or serial number ready for faster service. If 30 days or more have passed since the delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective or damaged, you should promptly contact us at 1-855-722-4878 within 30 business days after you received the goods with details of the product and the defect. Upon receiving notification by the customer of a problem with the item, a GuruDM technician will attempt to troubleshoot and solve the problem. If it’s determined the problem can be solved by providing the customer with the necessary parts, GuruDM will supply those parts. The customer is required to cooperate with the GuruDM customer support technician when attempting to resolve a problem over the telephone or internet. This may involve performing routine diagnostic procedures, installing software updates or patches, removing third party software or network configurations. Internet accessibility to your EMC sign may be required in order to receive technical assistance.

If the exchange is approved by the GuruDM customer support personnel, you can return the items in the original packaging. If original package is missing and/or the item is damaged, GuruDM reserves the right to charge the customer for the repair cost of the item. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
